January 24th, 2012 – New York, NY – Lane Office participated with DIRTT Environmental Solutions as an Underwriting Table Sponsor for the 31st Annual Business & Labor Awards Dinner at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel in New York City. The dinner gave recognition to those who have generously affected change in the lives of those less fortunate. Proceeds benefited Saint Dominic’s Home, soon to begin its 134^th year of caring for children, adolescents, and adults who are abused, neglected and disabled.

2011 Lane Office Holiday Party

December 19th, 2011 – New York, NY – With a year full of outstanding clients such as NFL, Finra, Allianz, Condé Nast, and Interpublic; among many others, Lane Office had an incredible 2011 and so much to be thankful for. Lane toasted to an amazing year in New York City with a culinary celebration at Rustico Cooking. The Lane team took over the Midtown kitchen loft, concocting a fine menu of cauliflower gratin with smoked mozzarella and bacon as an appetizer. The main course consisted of braised beef shortribs with carmelized onions and red wine, with a side of smashed red skinned baby potatoes with chives and paprika; and chive scented ricotta gnocchi with carmelized fennel, smoked proscuitto, and parmagiano. Dessert was delicious, a hazelnut chocolate cake with vanilla bean ice cream and bittersweet chocolate sauce. President, Gregory F. Burke, hosted a fantastically fun evening with contests, prizes and gift bags for all.

Thursday, December 8th, 2011 – New York, NY– the Green Learning Center was filled with holiday cheer this past week when Mogens Smed, owner of DIRTT Environmental Solutions, hosted a Distribution Partner Appreciation Holiday Party at the New York Design Center on Lexington Avenue. 2011 was a hard-working and huge success for Lane Office and DIRTT, and a celebration of great food and gifts was the only way to go!

Lane Office and DIRTT Environmental Solutions took part as underwriters for the benfit, supporting Help USA’s children and families in NYC. Tiro a Segno, New York’s premier Italian heritage club, held the amazing benefit that was hosted by Sarah Currie and Ray Arnold of VVA.

Union Square Ballroom – November 4, 2011 – Lane Office took over the dance floor at Union Square Ballroom for the 2011 Fall Fête benefiting The Trevor Project. As an underwriting sponsor for the sold-out benefit, the Lane team arrived in support of crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning youth. “[We're] Glad to help. Kids should be safe and happy no matter what their lifestyle is,” says Gregory F. Burke, president of Lane Office. The events volunteers from Trevor were more than appreciative for the donation and support, and the evenings festivities were a blast for all who attended.

12th Annual Real Estate & Construction Gala

New York, NY – November 2, 2011 – Lane Office was proud to attend the 12th Annual Real Estate & Construction Gala Benefiting Special Olympics of New York at the Grand Hyatt ballroom in New York City. The event featured cocktails and hor d’oeurves, dinner, and a fantastic presentation honoring Wayne Taub, VP of Real Estate for Time Warner, Inc. and Bruce L. Warwick, Vice Chairman of Related Management Company. NBC News Special Correspondent Meredith Vieira hosted the dinner. Kayla McKeon, Special Olympian silver medalist, hosted a live auction with Ted Moudis of Ted Moudis Associates and Gala Chairman. Gregory F. Burke of Lane Office donated his support of 10 new Special Olympians in the upcoming games, in addition to offering sponsorship for the Gala event. It was truly inspiring to witness how many young lives have been touched by the generosity of so many in New York’s real estate industry.

Lane Office @ Color Invasion 2011

New York, NY – October 20, 2011 – Lane Office appeared in full force at Color Invasion 2011. Held at Center 548 in Chelsea, the event was Superhero themed, with decorations and costumes everywhere. Lane’s table featured a free raffle for a Color Invasion Generation Chair from Knoll, as well as giveaways of condoms, hand sanitizers, caramel chocolate bars, and SPF 15 citrus chap stick. Lane also sponsored the Smilebooth, which was a huge hit at the event. Guests were taking several pictures at a time, all night, and jumping back in line to take more. Feedback consistently overheard, Lane clearly made quite an impression by pushing the envelope, yet again, in presentation, aesthetics, and show stopping attendance.

Real Estate Freedom Cup Fall 2011

New York, NY – September 16, 2011 – A combined sponsorship between Lane Office, TPG Architecture, The Donaldson Organization, Silverstein Properties, and Icon Interiors resulted in blue skies and fast winds for the Fall 2011 Real Estate Freedom Cup. Held at North Cove Marina in Battery Park City on a sunny Friday morning, the event featured two 12 meter sailing vessels: The America II (US 42) vs. the Lionheart (K 18) in an exciting match race on the Hudson River. Spectators were able to enjoy catered lunch and cocktails on the Spirit yacht, while watching the four teams: Jones Lang LaSalle, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and the Consortium in a series of four legs. The champion of the day was Jones Lang LaSalle on the America II. Below is a video showcasing the excitement of the day, as well as still photography provided by Lane Office.
