The company made the move to use recycled denim insulation.Blue jeans are shredded and the cotton fibers are turned into easily workable rolls. It has great acoustical values and fire suppression ratings. The material replaces fiberglass insulation that typically ends in a landfill. The denim insulation is used at all its factories.

United Way #CRE Network Legacy Luncheon

May 11th, 2012 – Parsippany, NJ – The Lane Office team from New York City made its way out to New Jersey as a Bronze Table Sponsor for the United Way Commercial Real Estate Legacy Luncheon at the Hilton Parsippany. The fundraising event was a huge success because of generous donations from key real estate members, with proceeds supporting critical capital projects at local non-profit agencies. United Way of Northern New Jersey combines the strengths, diversity of skills and experience, and rich histories of five counties to create more impact, grow more resources, be more influential stewards of combined assets, and have a greater impact on local New Jersey communities. Lane Office guests included in-house team members, as well as representatives from DIRTT Environmental Solutions and Jones Lang LaSalle.
