This real estate development/construction firm wanted to maintain the original quality and character of an older timber frame building that would be home to their new modern and efficient workspace. “We wouldn’t have been able to achieve the look we wanted with conventional construction,” their president says. Black powder-coated extrusions and a mix of solid and glass walls complement the warm timber tones of the 16-foot-high ceiling. “We also wouldn’t have been able to fit it up as quickly” – the 16 offices and a conference room were installed and ready for occupancy in 12 days. “Our employees really enjoy coming to work in the open office environment,” he adds. “We feel like we have the best office environment in the region!”
