STEP 1:
Project Assessment
Hold meeting to define project scope, critical dates & strategy.
    • Prepare product summary from CAD takeoff
    • Define agreeable sequence of events with all parties
    • Meet with client/owner’s reps to review/foresee possible problems and draft Plan “B”
    • Prepare specifications to support installation strategy

Order Preparation

Verify details of take-off specification.

    • Verify tagging
    • Create critical dates chart for project tracking
    • Review order for sales/project management approval
    • Prepare final vendor purchase orders and client acknowledgments
    • Submit final purchase orders to vendor(s)

Preparation for Installation

Review drawings for accuracy.

    • Recheck job site for dimensional accuracy with construction managers
    • Check vendor acknowledgment with sales & project management
    • Review trash removal plan against routing directions per installation plan
    • Reconfirm installation schedule

Delivery & Installation

Inspect all products thoroughly before placement.

    • Receive systems product
    • Pre-stage components
    • White glove delivery and installation
    • Inspection by project manager/client verify replacements
    • Order replacement parts on rush priority basis
